MEET THE DESIGNER

​

My name is Juliana Martinez and I am freshman at Texas A&M University majoring in Technology Management with a minor in Game Design and Development. Over the course of this past year, I have been studying UX design, or user experience design, through the Independent Study Mentorship program at Frisco High School and have received the privilege to work closely with other UX designers, UI designers, developers, and product managers who have each helped develop my knowledge and love for UX/UI. With a long-held passion for design, I have been researching and gaining knowledge as best as I can on user experience design to pursue the industry after university. As of right now, I am working on obtaining internships and certificates in relation to user experience design and graphic design in order to continue my pursuit of learning all about the profession I love.

Along with being a designer, I am the Director of Technology for the women's STEM organization, Alpha Omega Epsilon, apart of the Texas A&M University Table Tennis Club, owner of Juliana M. Photography, and I was also the Editor-In-Chief of the FHS Spirit Yearbook Staff all while doing small creation work such as design graphics and photography for my community on the side.
